David Piller was born in Fribourg, Switzerland, where he grew up till the age of twelve. He then settled down with his parents in Geneva, where he graduated from high school with a diploma of « Maturité gymnasiale artistique ». He studied History of Art at the University of Geneva and worked in varied professional fields before establishing himself in the Canton de Vaud, where he is now a student at the School of Ceramics of the Centre d’enseignement professionnel de Vevey (CEPV). After his graduation in 2018, he looks forward to creating a ceramics collective and developing his professional activity.
Pill (2017): With this work, David Piller wants to denounce the fact that people are scared to get old in a society that gets old anyway. This pill, by its reflection based on reality, would allow us to stay young forever.
