Peter Mösch was born in 1941 in Brugg, Switzerland and grew up in Berne. Graduated as a photo-lithographer, he now lives in France as an independent artist. He is member of VISARTE Basel and FoKus in Solothurn, Switzerland. The artist likes to work in series. An idea is not used up after finishing an artwork; it flows into other objects and also into paintings. Everything is possible in his studio. If he sees a rusty tool somewhere, flotsam at the beach, an old rope, old newspaper, a fancy postcard etc. His brain starts to work like cogwheels and he isn’t satisfied until a new artwork is lying on the table. His objects and paintings are pure contemporary art, always in search of the future.
